Sweet & Simple
For the client who already has selected a venue, some of her vendors, and her decor, but wants help pulling it all together for the wedding day.....
This package includes scheduled email/phone/text updates, 3 planning meetings and:
A personalized, detailed month by month planning schedule
Development of event timeline and Master Plan for event
Vendor referrals (DJ, Caterer, Florist, Photographer, Videographer, Rentals, Musicians, Officiant, Baker, etc.)
Contact with all vendors regarding timeline, dress code, parking, meals and logistics
Coordination between catering manager and other vendors regarding table arrangements, linen choices, table settings, menu and bar selections, etc.
Walk through venue with client to discuss flow of ceremony and reception
Conducting ceremony rehearsal
Reviewing wedding day duties with bridal party and family members
Distribution of final wedding day schedule to key persons before wedding
Handing out payments or gratuities to vendors on wedding day in sealed envelopes
Providing assistants as needed for event
Collection and set up of all items to be used for ceremony and reception
Vendor and schedule management before and during event
Collection of gifts and personal items at end of event
